Copyright Issues in the Days of Online Programming

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Online programming is becoming the new normal. Events are now offered to an audience of potentially unlimited size and are recorded to be viewed for years to come. This can lead to copyright concerns for authors, performers, and other presenters.
Learn what should be considered when providing online programming, whether or not to get permission from the rights holder, and whether recording the programming to be used at a later date may be problematic. We will also consider the implications of agreeing to a terms of use agreement with the publisher.
This program is worth 1 contact hour of continuing education.
