Advocating for Teens in the Library

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Teens are not everyone's favorite age group in public libraries, resulting in them being unfairly excluded in various ways. Join us to learn how staff have created teen spaces, programs, and policies that enable teens to enjoy the public library in safe and fun ways, as well as how to bring skeptical staff, and community members on board with serving this age group
This program is worth 1 contact hour of continuing education.
